Brian is a twenty-five year veteran Chef, restaurateur, and celebrity chef. Brian has been a regular guest on major network’s including, Food Network, Paramount, NBC’s, The Today Show, and many more. Brian currently spends his time traveling the country as a restaurant consultant, as well as launching his own novel ventures.
