Michelle Muñoz

Michelle Muñoz is the chef and co-owner of Los Angeles’s barbecue pop-up sensation, and now restaurant, Moo’s Craft Barbecue, which Food & Wine and Los Angeles Times named “Best Texas Barbecue” in California. Michelle is responsible for crafting bestsellers like the verde sausage (which merges Texas Barbecue with her Mexican-American-Angeleno heritage), a riff on Mexican street corn, and her signature smoked beef cheek tacos.
